Ideas at Work, in conjunction with project partner Resource Development International (RDI), have developed the Cambodian version of the popular rope pump.

Our first model taken in production in 2006, the standard galvanized 'RP8' is simple to install, operate & maintain & has been designed to fit on hand dug wells & bore holes (or drilled wells) – one design fits both until around 50 meters depth.  Flow rates are typically around 30-40ltr per minute (with 28mm pistons). 

ROVAI' is the Cambodian version of the popular rope pump which is being produced in our workshop in Phnom Penh. Standard pumps as well as pond pumps, double handed pumps (schools), and family pumps are available for shallow and deep well. Also elevated pumps are now available. Production & installation has currently exceeded 5800 pumps so far and are to be seen in everywhere.

• Bacterial removal more than 99,995% at end of effective filter life (7000 liters per ceramic candle (approx 2-3 years)

Solar Water Pumps
Our idea 'No Diesel need' to collect the water. An easy solar water pump set will help clients to access ground and surface water with low cost option.  

Curved Brick Water Storage Tanks
This is a novel design of tank from Thailand which uses curved cement segments joined together and rendered. It offers great opportunity for household members to assist with manufacture for this 3200ltr tank to lower the cost. IaW sell brick moulds and support technical assistance.

We have developed concrete tanks of 10,000L (10m3) that are most suitable for a household. This tank will construct quicker by a set of construction tools that can ensure a result of waterproof and durability.  

Our concrete tanks are realized to convert into commercial purpose or where abundant water need when they are lined together with pipe connection. Its water storage volume is around 50,000L (50m3).

Steel Water Tank Stands – are manufactured for 5,000 and 10,000 liter tanks in the following heights: 1.5m, 3.0m, 4.5m. The flexible stands are easily carried because their parts packaged in a box.
